How to report an issue
Log into your cleaning app
We use out application for the majority of our business operations and communication. If you don’t have access simply send us and email at info@gcocommercialcleaning.com and we will provide your log in information as well as a link to the application to make it easy. You can also log in via web browser. Anyone on your team can have an account and contribute to communication about your facility.
Click “report issue” on the menu tab.
The application will quickly guide you through giving a brief description of the issue and include pictures to help others better identify the issue. Once submitted it will be delivered to everyone on our team that services your location. This enables us to give the quickest response. We will address the issue as immediately as possible, and you will receive and email update when the issue is resolved.
Thats it
Its a simple 2 step process and all issues resolved quickly. In business and in life sometimes things happen. But its how we respond to them that separate and distinguish us from others.
